A&移动商务欺侮政策

据德州体育协会报道&M大学系统, 欺侮被定义为任何故意的, 明知或鲁莽的行为, occurring on or off the campus of an educational institution, 由一个人单独或与他人合作, directed against a student for the purpose of pledging, 被引入, 加入到, holding office in or maintaining membership in an organization if the act:

欺侮和法律

欺侮不只是针对A&移动商务 policy, but it is also against the law. 德州教育法典部分 51.936 和 37.151 通过 37.157将欺侮定为刑事犯罪. 对欺侮行为的刑事处罚包括:

• Failing to report hazing: Fine up to $1,000 和/or up-to 180 days in jail
